About DeeperKnowledge
DeeperKnowledge publishes evidence-informed health guides for people who have grown tired of being told things with more confidence than the research supports.
The four moves
Every guide here is built the same way. It names the popular claim. It states what the evidence actually supports. It gives you something specific to do. And then it tells you when to stop.
That fourth part is the one almost nobody does. Health advice is full of confident people telling you to start things. Far fewer will tell you who a thing is wrong for, what would mean it isn't working, or when to close the book and see a clinician instead. Every guide in this library does.
What that means in practice
You will find hedges in these pages. Where a study is small, it says the study is small. Where a finding is an association rather than a cause, it says so — even when the number would look better without the caveat. Where the honest answer is "we don't know yet", that is the answer you get.
This makes for less exciting reading than a protocol that promises everything. It also makes it a great deal more useful, because you can tell which parts to lean on.
What this is not
These are educational materials. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for individualised care from a professional who knows your circumstances and your history. Several guides spend more space on when to seek help than on what to do at home, and that is deliberate.
The library
Thirty-seven guides across seven collections, covering weight and metabolism, inflammation and the kitchen, gut and immune health, hormones and stress, movement and recovery, nutrition foundations, and a broad health and performance library. Each collection arrives as a full reading edition plus every guide as its own file, so you can print the one you are working on.
Everything is delivered instantly as PDFs. Nothing is posted, nothing expires, and nothing requires an app.
