Refunds

Everything sold here is a digital download. There is nothing to post back, so the honest version of this policy is worth reading rather than skimming.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on digital guides that have already been downloaded. Every product page lists the exact contents and page counts so you can decide before you buy. If something is not clear enough for you to decide, email us before ordering and we will tell you.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If a file will not download, arrives corrupted, is missing from your order, or is not what the product page described, contact us and we will resend it or refund it. You will not be argued with. The same applies if you were charged twice or bought the wrong collection by mistake.

Email deeperknowledge333@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Sydney time.

Your statutory rights

Australia. Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in this policy limits those guarantees.

United Kingdom and European Union. You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right is lost once download begins, but only where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. By choosing to download immediately at checkout, you give that consent. If you would prefer to keep your cancellation right, contact us before downloading and we will hold the order.

New Zealand. Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies and this policy does not limit it.

Canada and the United States. Provincial and state consumer protection law applies in addition to this policy.
