Things you can sort out faster yourself
You cannot find your download. The links appear on the order confirmation page and are emailed to you. Check spam and promotions first — that is where they usually are. Find your download walks through it in order.
You want to know what is inside before buying. Every product page lists the full contents and page counts, and the questions page covers formats, devices and licensing.

What we cannot do
