By using this website or placing an order with Deeper Knowledge (ABN 33 151 167 486), you agree to the terms below.

What we sell

Digital guides, delivered as PDF downloads. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when your download links are issued. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If an item's price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before delivery and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product descriptions

We describe the guides as accurately as we can, including guide counts, page counts and contents. If what you receive differs materially from what was described, the refund policy covers you.

These are educational materials, not medical advice

Nothing sold or published here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The guides are not therapeutic goods and are not entered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

If you have symptoms that concern you, are pregnant, have a diagnosed condition, or take prescribed medication, speak to a qualified clinician before changing what you do. Several guides spend more space on when to seek help than on what to try at home, and that is deliberate.

Licence and permitted use

Files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. You may read them on your own devices and print a copy for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, or use them as teaching material for a class, clinic or team, without written permission. If you would like to use them with a group, get in touch and something appropriate can be arranged.

Intellectual property

The content of this store and the guides — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to Deeper Knowledge or is used with permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to interfere with its operation, and do not reproduce our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
