This policy explains what personal information DeeperKnowledge collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

**What we collect**

When you place an order we collect your name, email address and billing details. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems or visible to us.

When you browse the store we automatically receive standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

**Why we collect it**

We use your information to process and ship your order, to communicate with you about that order, to handle returns and support requests, to detect fraudulent transactions, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing emails.

**Who we share it with**

We share the minimum necessary information with: Shopify, which powers this store; and our payment processors. We also use analytics providers to understand how the store is used. We do not sell your personal information.

**Marketing emails**

If you subscribe, we'll send occasional emails about products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we act on it immediately. You can also email us and we'll remove you.

**Your rights**

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email deeperknowledge333@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

**Retention**

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

**Children**

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

**Changes**

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
