Questions
What exactly am I buying?
PDF guides. Each collection includes a full reading edition of the whole collection plus every guide as its own separate file, so you can open or print one topic without the rest.
How do I get them?
Instantly. Download links appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to you as soon as payment clears. See Instant download and delivery.
Can I read them on my phone?
Yes. They are standard PDFs — phone, tablet, laptop, e-reader, or printed.
Are these medical advice?
No. They are educational materials. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for care from a professional who knows your situation. Several guides spend more space on when to see someone than on what to try at home.
Who writes them?
They are written and published by DeeperKnowledge, drawing on published research, public-health guidance and clinical guidelines, with the sources and their limitations stated in the text rather than hidden.
Why do they hedge so much?
Because the research does. Where a trial is small, or a finding is an association rather than a cause, the guides say so — including when the number would sound better without the caveat. If you want confident secrets, these will frustrate you. If you want to know which parts to lean on, that is exactly what the hedging is for.
Do the collections overlap?
Deliberately, in places. Protein appears in three collections, fibre in four, habit formation in two, because most health questions are not filed under one heading. The Complete Library is the cheapest way to have all of it.
Can I share the files?
They are licensed for personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute them. If you would like to use them with a team, a clinic or a class, get in touch and we will sort out something appropriate.
What if something goes wrong?
Email us. Broken links, corrupted files, double charges and wrong-collection mistakes all get fixed. See Refunds.
Is there a free one?
Yes — the Home Workstation Audit, an eighteen-check desk assessment cut from the ergonomics guide. It takes ten minutes and costs nothing.
