Digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, so the honest version of this policy is worth reading rather than skimming.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on digital guides that have already been downloaded. Every product page lists the exact contents and the page counts, precisely so you can decide before you buy rather than after. If something is not clear enough for you to decide, ask us before buying and we will tell you.

Your rights are not affected

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law, or the equivalent rights you may have where you live. Those guarantees apply to digital products and cannot be contracted out of.

So if a product is faulty, significantly different from how it was described, or simply will not download, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Just tell us

If a file is corrupted, a link fails, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong collection by accident, email us. Cases like those get sorted out — usually by sending the right file rather than by arguing about policy.
