How delivery works

• Your download links appear on the order confirmation page the moment payment clears.
• They are also emailed to the address you enter at checkout.
• Files are standard PDFs. They open on a phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader, and print normally.
• There is no app, no login, and no expiry. Once the files are on your device they are yours.

If the email does not arrive

Check the spam or promotions folder first — automated order emails land there more often than anyone would like. If it still is not there after fifteen minutes, contact us with the email address you used and we will resend it. This is a small operation, so a real person reads that inbox.

File sizes

The reading editions are large documents with photography throughout, so some downloads run to several megabytes. On a slow connection, download over Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.
