Find your download

Digital orders do not need tracking — they arrive immediately. If you cannot find yours, work through this in order.

1. Check the confirmation page

Your download links appear on the order confirmation page straight after checkout. If that tab is still open, they are there.

2. Check your email

The same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Search your inbox for DeeperKnowledge.

3. Check spam and promotions

This is where the email usually is. Automated order emails get filtered more often than they should.

4. Check you used the address you think you did

A typo at checkout is the single most common cause. If the address was wrong, tell us the right one and we will resend.

Still nothing?

Contact us with the email address you used and roughly when you ordered, and we will resend the files. A real person reads that inbox.
